Scarlett Johansson, American actress (born on November 22nd, 1985 in New York City New York) has received acclaim for her abilities to perform across genres such as the period dramas through thrillers to action-packed films. Johansson was born in New York City, and raised there by her father, an architect, and mother who produced. Hunter was twin to their younger sisters. When she reached seven, her interest in acting had increased. She began to audition for commercials. To enhance her abilities, she studied at classes at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in Manhattan and then at the Professional Children's School. She made her debut as an actress on film in North (1994) at the age of nine. At eight, she was a part of Ethan Hawke on Off-Broadway in Sophistry. Johansson subsequently appeared in Just Cause (1995) but her first breakthrough came with Manny & Lo (1996) which was a film about siblings who are orphaned and run away. After that, she earned the praise of critics for playing an teen girl who experienced an accident which caused her to be damaged on screen in The Horse Whisperer (1998). The film gained her more acclaim with the film Ghost World (2002) as the cynical outcast Rebecca. Apart from her work on the television show she also worked as an actor on stage for a number of years. The actress gave spectacular performances, including Wildflower. Renee Felice Smith started her profession in the entertainment industry as a child. When she was a kid she fell in love with acting. Smith found her first role as an actor when she was 6 years old, with the help of her parents. In a commercial on television in which she played Dannon Yogurt. Like other young actresses in her position the actress honed her talents in the theatre. She would work in different USA productions, while also making her debut on stage in the company of Wildflower. She was a graduate of her Stonestreet Studios Conservatory of the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
